  They don't even deserve a star... I just give them a star to write a note on them. This is not a bank... This is Queen Arwa's Locanda. The smell of cigarettes reaches the street... mustiness in the full sense of the word. Likewise, the employees are not disciplined and do not cooperate with the customers... They procrastinate in dealing with them.. The same applies to the employee talking to the customer with a cigarette in his hand.

  Their services are below zero. They are not able to print a fee deposit portfolio for Ibb University. What is the benefit of being the deposit center and telling you to print a portfolio and come back?
