  The branch and its employees lack the necessary competence in facilitating customer transactions. I do not believe that a bank agency is being circulated from one employee to another and continues for more than a month without showing the initiative to do something positive. Seriously, the Sana'a branch has been informed of the obstacles that occurred during my treatment, and I hope that this administrative farce will be put to an end. I was a customer of their presence for more than ten years until I got stuck and frustrated in the Crater branch, and this was due to incompetence.
