  Generally, I had an awfully bad experience in terms of services. Please take it in mind, if you are visiting Maghrabi, follow your file step by step , your file won't be taken care of unless you follow it. The worst, each dr assistant have patient friends to let in first to the doctors irrespective of turns. You need to find someone from inside to help you in each step. Very elegantly dressed employees but arrogant, careless and fraudulent😭, I can't say they take money, but they discriminate between patients based on favoritism.

  They're very unorganized and unprofessional they take on more patients than they're able to handle as long they get their money and to top it off most of their employees are very young and rude. patients are supposed to greeted with smiles and kindness and respect to feel welcomed and cared about when going to the hospital to ease their pain a bit but sadly like most hospitals in Yemen you get sicker as soon as you walk into a hospital from the employees treatment and the overcrowded patients.

  Unfortunately the patients are crowded and there is no arrangement and the staff is very rude and bad

  A very very well kept and operating eyes hospital. Has the trust of millions of Yemenis and they are doing very good work. I had a child that was sick I took him there to get his eyes checked .. After that I took him overseas to America went to Ny eye and ear hospital. What I was told here in Sanaa was said to me there in the USA. I was impressed !! And they even told me to use the same drops that were given me here in this hospital.... I recommend it
