  Canadian restaurant.. My personal evaluation of this restaurant.. It is a restaurant with a great reputation and spread in the governorate of Saada in particular and in the neighboring directorates and governorates in general.. It is characterized by fast services and is almost the fastest compared to other restaurants... It is also distinguished in terms of the diversity of foods and the availability of popular dishes in the various governorates of the Republic. Most of the foods that I ordered and ate in this restaurant were delicious and had valuable benefits, and what I liked most was the mandi chicken and pressed rice..as Kinda restaurant is absolutely the best in its level in these two categories specifically (my point of view is simply). The restaurant is large, spacious, and has two floors. It has many workers, including direct workers, hall managers, coordinators, cooks, and their assistants, in addition to security guards. My notes in brief:- 1- I would like to pay more attention to the quality of food requirements as it was in the past, because in the recent period, foods began to lose their deliciousness and appetite, and I believe that the reason is due to the additional requirements and materials for food and their quality. 2- I hope that the restaurant management pays more attention to organizing parking in front of the restaurant. This is because there is no parking for the restaurant, which causes overcrowding and accidents as well. 3- Paying more attention to the cadre of chefs or restoring the previous chefs.. I strongly believe that the restaurant depends on the cook at a rate of 59%, and 41% between management and workers.
